School in Colombia: Students capture ghost on camera

Student’s cellphone recording of the “entity”

Editor’s note: Translation mine

News Anchor: “The children from a southern city in Bogota (colombia) are terrorized by a ghost, that reportedly frightens them so much, that they cannot study through out the day. The ghost is said to roam two of the classrooms.

Reporter: “Apparently it was a game that the children played, a game whose purpose was to invoke spirits. Now it’s terrorizing the 1,900 and plus students in the Mazuera school outside Bogota.

Student: “We were sitting in class playing a game….”

Reporter: “The game in question is a game were the students invoke a ‘love god’…

Student: “While in class, we started to hear what sounded like footsteps around the whole classroom. Today we had some notebooks move around (by unseen forces) and we heard the same footsteps

Reporter: “In the images that were captured by the students, you can see the phenomenon.

Student #2: “It’s a little girl with a long white dress. With dark skin….but when I saw her, I could not see her eyes..

Reporter: “According to the students of the Mazuera school, the ghost appears constantly throughout two classrooms

Student #3: “We usually leave the room and the desks and books as they are, it is with our cellphones, from the outside, that we can really capture the ghost moving about.

Reporter: “A ghost that even scares the parents of the attending students..

Mother: “…(when asked about what she fears) …Just that the spirit does not poses the children

Reporter: “The children still remain in the school and run whenever they feel something strange or see any (poltergeist) activity. For now, the school’s principal is analyzing the situation

I’ve heard about some recent reports of a school in the outskirts of Bogota, Colombia that harbors a ghost. A ghost of a little girl that makes herself visible to the students and faculty throughout the day.

Before we jump into any conclusions about the ghost and the authenticity of the video, let me remind you of the other recent “ghost caught on cellphone” scares that have emanated from Colombia:

Fogetomori – Colombia cell phone ghost exposed

The video of the ghost in the classroom is quite intriguing. The reporter only interview the children in the school, but does not really interview the faculty. From the report, the reported stated that the school principal will be “analyzing” the situation. I don’t really know what they meant by that, but an interview with the adults in charge in the school would have been better.

The video itself is odd. You can see a nebulous looking mist that appears to be moving around the empty classroom while the children react to the phenomenon. It’s quite clear that they are all seeing something in the classroom. It’s interesting since this is a mass sighting, not an isolated eyewitness sighting.

As far as what the “ghost” is, I’m not really sure. I usually have some good idea of what is presented to us, but in this case, I can really say that I’m stumped!

We can go down the “it’s mist” or “it’s a cloud of methane gas” route, but even as skeptical as I am, I find it extremely hard to believe that any gaseous element behaves in that matter.

Since there is no updates to this story, I leave it up to you guys to make the call on this one.

Gas? Mist? light trick?

What do you think it is?
