Unidentified Lights in the Sky in Northern Illinois
A few days ago, a resident just north of Tinley Park, Illinois recorded this footage.
Here’s what they said:
We observed these lights coming from the North to Northwestern part of the sky travelling to the Northeast. The time was between 6pm and 7pm. Their color was orangish red and they did not blink in a constant manner like that of airplane lights. The lights/aircraft did not approach us, but instead seemed to hover in place. We watched the sky in the Northeast for a good 30 minutes…and observed probably 15-20 of these same lights that appeared and disappeared throughout that time. All of the lights that we observed were of the same color tone, and hovered in the same triangular formations. They eventually changed formation, as seen in the video, as if a triangular craft with the lights as vertexes, changed direction or turned at a different angle. This really reminded me of the lights that were seen in Arizona and Nevada called “The Phoenix Lights”. Also, they reminded me of the triangular pattern of lights seen in Tinley Park, Illionis, which is somewhat south of where I live. In essence, they are UFOs. Their strange behavior was not something that could be easily explained.
The person recording said that there was no smoke, nor exhaust or haze apparent around the lights. Just a solid orangish tone and never saw any other colored lights flashing with them. While recording they waited for the aircrafts to pass or fly closer toward them, and tried to listen for some noise. Instead the aircraft seemed to hover in place.
The footage moves way too much to analyze this. Around the two minute mark a fourth light does appear. They really don’t seem to be a full on aircraft to me. Maybe a video from another angle would have helped.

Hi, I saw ‘UFO Hunters’ tonight (I love this show, these guys do such a terrific job at this stuff). My brain was off thinking and wondering what these lights could have been… One thing I thought was that it was a reflection of something, the water-effect. Then I thought it might have been red search lighs (ahhhnt- that’s a you’re wrong buzzer sound). Finally, what I thought about was Google. Why? Well, first of all ‘Google’ is worth so much money right now that it’s just simply rediculous. I know some people who know some people and they are what some might call ‘blabber mouths’ of the ‘people in high places’. In any event, I was told with regard to these lights that Google had built a huge ‘Flight Recorder’ recording land measurements in 3-D. The thing is this… I was told that this ‘GFR’ (google flight recorder) is working on a “classified” Google-Earth-Nocturnal mapping program. I heard that it’s not working as they had wished but the technology is so hush hush that no one could come forward with the information despite urges to do so. Eventually, with so much time having passed, coming out would have been damaging to Gooogle Inc.. Again, I heard this, I should say I overheard this at a party. I asked why the 3 lights? This I was told were ‘beacon’ lights when the air-craft malfunctions so that the craft can be located and towed? So, when the craft was overhead at Tinley Park, it was allegedly recording the area for Google Earth Nocturnal. Tell you what, if you suddenly hear about this product from Google. Think of me.

PS- I did ask why the craft was so quiet and was informed that the craft is very light in comparison to an aircraft like an airplane or copter. All this on the craft are telescopes and 3D technology along with photographic cameras. The craft operates on physics similar to a blimp with very quiet fans and the crafts are remotely controlled via satellite controls from a aircraft base that is working with Google.
One other thing if you ever navigate Google Earth and see smudges on certain terrain, these are usually government buildings, land, or military bases. But guess what? They are also the homes of very wealthy people. Now that’s power!

I could imagine that this would be ONE hidden secret the government is hiding from us. I honestly would not doubt that this is a project from google and the government. But what was the fourth light doing? Around the two minute mark you see a fourth light come into the video. Thanks for the information and sharing it with our readers!

I just read your comment on Joe Ruiz’s article and must say that it makes sense.
I’ve heard of a new “earth mapping system” that Goolge was working on. Possibly even working with the government on this, but that was it. It was not as detailed as what you have heard.
I think it’s a great possibility that what people are reporting out in the night skies are just military/government drones.
Although conspiracy theories are not what we write about here at GhostTheory, I think that this is very interesting as far as debunking reported UFO sightings.
I’ve seen UFO Hunters as well, and I must say that they do one hell of a job researching historical data as well as getting to the bottom of things.
