My short Q&A session concerning this video is posted on the Mid-America Bigfoot Research Centers forum website. Footage of The Beast Of Gum Hill while ATV riding on 04/05/09 at approximately 6:30pm. This is the 2nd time I have seen this creature/bigfoot called The Beast Of Gum Hill. This is the first time we managed to capture it on video. This is the first known video footage of the BOGH, there was a still photo taken in the early 80’s that I remember seeing . The camera used was a cheap digital VuPoint 5.0 With waterproof case that I use while fiming my ATV rides. Local legend has talked about this non-aggressive, reclusive beast for a little over 100 years. The BOGH is around 7ft tall and guesstimated at 350 lbs. I have used the name The Beast of Gum Hill on my ATV videos as a tribute to the local legend. Looking like a blobsquatch video more than anything else, this video is far from convincing. The person who shot the video insists that this is their second time seeing the creature and first time capturing it on tape. To me it sounds like a hoax. Say that the creature known as Bigfoot did exist, why, after successfully dodging capture and evidence being taken of it, would it just come out of the treeline and cross in front of 2 people riding ATVs? The noise an ATV produces can be heard for miles. So why would this shy and reclusive creature just come out and disregard the people riding ATVs?
Makes no sense to me.

theres footage of people in new york.it looks like upstate N.Y. and there’s a guy filming the party its just about sundown,And in the back round there’s What it looks like to be a monkey swing way up in a tree,And you can totally see it…Now the best way to come into contact with these things is let them come to you.Start a big fire get out some hot dogs maybe some chicken and just chill.these people are’nt investigateing there just partying and it looks like something came to visit them…check it out…

I think I know what you are talking about.
The video has always been suspicious to me. From what it’s known, Bigfoot is not really a tree-dwelling creature.
On the other hand it’s been speculated that Bigfoot could be a descendant of “Gigantopithecus blacki” a species that is found to have been a distant relative of the Orangutan, which live on trees…
There are reports of Bigfoot in upstate NY (Whitehall).
