I don’t know what to make of this exactly. The video quality, as usual, is horrible. The constant shaking of the video does not help at all. To me, if I was to make a guess at what it is we are seeing, would be that someone filmed a hanging light fixture with a poor quality camera in order to accentuate the hoax.
