Live News captures UFO on camera

UFO, in the truest meaning of the word.
BBC’s morning news webcam recorded an interesting object that seems to zoom through the screen at a very fast speed.
What it is? I have no clue. As far as it being an alien craft, I doubt it.

A UFO literally made the headlines when a flashing white light flew across the screen during a live TV broadcast.
The speeding projectile was captured as BBC Look North’s Colin Briggs read the breakfast headlines in front of a screen showing live webcam footage of the River Tyne in central Newcastle yesterday.
Eagle-eyed viewers spotted a streak of white light shooting upwards at a 45degree angle and travelling at considerable speed.

The UFO appeared from the lower left-hand side of the screen and passed under the wide arch of Newcastle’s Millennium Bridge before disappearing out at the top-right of the screen.
Former Ministry of Defence UFO investigator Nick Pope said: ‘At first I thought it was a bird, but the slowed down footage seems to rule this out.
‘It’s an intriguing film and a genuine mystery.’

The surprise appearance was screened on BBC1 yesterday at 9.05am – but only viewers in the North-East watching the local news bulletin had the opportunity to spot the ‘spacecraft’.
However, presenter Colin Briggs remained oblivious to the mysterious fly-by and, as he wasn’t informed by his editors, continued to read the news.
The BBC website is asking for help in identifying the mysterious object.
‘What is it? We don’t know. If you can help, do let us know,’ it asked.
