I lived in &#039;Derry for about 4 years in college, and I&#039;ve been to that hospital. Yes, it looks like a woman holding a baby - but in no way does it look like a ghost to me. 

With Ireland being such a Catholic country (Ignoring, for a moment, that Londonderry is in Northern Ireland and the Catholic / Protestant issues that that comment raises), it looks to me like the security guard caught a picture of either a painting or some other artistic representation of the Virgin Mary holding Jesus - I don&#039;t think those are &#039;bonnets&#039; as much as halos.</description>
