Though Henri Mouhot is often credited as the discoverer of Angkor Wat in 1860, it is not actually true that Wat was ever really lost. The locals always knew it was there and other westerners had recorded visiting the ruins prior to Mouhot’s “discovery.” A team of archaeologists have recently discovered a lost city nearby,
