When I find a story like this it certainly raises considerable doubts in my mind. But then there are questions on both sides here.

Houston Anthropologist Reveals Irrefutable Proof that Recorded History Is Wrong

Houston anthropologist, Dr. Semir Osmanagich, founder of the Bosnian Archaeology Park, the most active archaeology site in the world, declares that irrefutable scientific evidence exists of ancient civilizations with advanced technology that leaves us no choice but to change our recorded history. An examination of the age of structures across the earth reveals conclusively that they were built by advanced civilizations from over 29,000 years ago.
“Acknowledging that we are witness to fundamental proof of advanced civilizations dating back over 29,000 years and an examination of their societal structures forces the World to reconsider its understanding of the development of civilization and history,” explains Dr. Semir Osmanagich. “Conclusive data at the Bosnian Pyramid site revealed in 2008 and confirmed this year by several independent labs who conducted radio carbon testing dates the site at 29,400 +/-400 years minimum.”
As yet there is no “irrefutable evidence,” despite the headline, what there is is a belief by people who have not yet done the work of proving their assertion, and a line of research that is based upon a preconceived conclusion rather than upon an analysis of all the evidence. Research with a preconceived conclusion tends to lead the researcher to discard information which does not support that conclusion, often contradicts it.
“The ancient people who built these pyramids knew the secrets of frequency and energy. They used these natural resources to develop technologies and undertake construction on scales we have never witnessed on earth,” said Dr. Osmanagich. Evidence clearly shows that the pyramids were built as ancient energy machines aligned with the earth’s energy grid, providing energy for healing as well as power.
And we hear this a lot, about ancient civilizations that understood energy sources we have since forgotten. What they universally fail to address is that such a high technology does not come in one step from the use of stone tools, or even early metals, and while they often point at sites like the Bosnian Pyramids, or Göbekli Tepe, or any number of other megalithic sites around the world as the results of ancients using these technologies, they always fail to demonstrate that these peoples used this technology in their daily lives, or show any evidence of the infrastructure necessary for such a culture to exist.

Here we see tunnels dug into the natural earth of the hill this presumed pyramid is said to be built upon. Now, I admit to being impressed about the concrete blocks claimed to be incorporated in the construction of this structure. But concrete is fairly simple, and was used by the Romans, so it is not so far fetched that it could have been used earlier. If these were pre-stressed concrete blocks, or even simply had rebar in them, that would be a different story. And there does seem to be enough evidence to say there is an element of artificial construction here. The construction of the tunnels on the other hand do not match the level of technology Osmanagich describes.

And the excavation of an ancient highly technological culture which understood how to use the energy of the Earth and was capable of building pyramids larger than those in Egypt.

Under the concrete of the Pyramid of the Sun, the series of large sandstone blocks show various types of rocks (differing pebbles and cobbles), including sandy quartz limestone, when more closely analyzed. It is thought that the concrete is made from material found at a locally deposited post glacial conglomerate. Experts who examined these crystals determined that during the manufacturing process, the materials were heated to above 500 degrees. Studies done at the University of Paris discovered that the concrete material found on the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun was five times stronger than modern day concrete.

Yes, we are only recently starting to use fly ash again for ecological reasons and because we have “re-discovered” its strengthening properties. But it was used. It is available around volcanoes. Is it impressive that they may have used concrete in whatever construction is being unearthed? Yes it is. Is that an indication of high technology? No it is not. That the aggregate use dhad been exposed to temperatures in excess of 500 degrees is easily explained.

An average surface fire on the forest floor might have flames reaching 1 metre in height and can reach temperatures of 800°C (1,472°F) or more. Under extreme conditions a fire can give off 10,000 kilowatts or more per metre of fire front. This would mean flame heights of 50 metres or more and flame temperatures exceeding 1200°C (2,192°F).

Back to the question of ancient High Technology. Many believers point to megalithic sites, and suppose the use of unknown energy sources in their construction. Did they use those construction techniques ONLY for the purpose of building these structures? Did they not take advantage of their concrete to build infrastructure like roads and bridges and homes? It says something about a culture, when they build these monumental structures...they want things to last. They want permanence. I see no evidence of any of this technology and knowledge coming out of any other aspect of human civilization from these times or locations.
These ancient cultures had access to unknown power sources.

What did they use that power for? Did they run vehicles? Did they light and heat their homes? We hear about recovery of organic material that sets the date of these pyramids, where are the drinking glasses? The light bulbs? The machines that were used in construction of the pyramid, or for focusing the energies used? Where are the libraries and the hospitals? For being “the most active archaeology site in the world” they honestly do not seem to be finding very much which supports Osmanagich’s claims.
