A Deepak Of Your Own

Posted by Henry Paterson | June 17, 2014 24

Firstly I would like to apologize. As you may have noticed I have been terribly lax in getting stories posted.

I wish I could say that was going to change in the immediate future, but hopefully soon.

Here, however is a little bit of fun:

A Deepak Chopra random quote generator

Its like having a Deepak of your very own

I would like nothing more than the proof of various cryptids, alien civilizations, even alien visitors to be found. But that proof will come only through rigorous science and objective analysis, and by holding evidence to the highest standards of scrutiny. Born in south eastern Pennsylvania, i have found myself at one time or another living in Chicago, Cleveland, Raleigh-Durham, on the island of Kaua'i and finally landed on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State. I have turned my hand to various professions from early work in 3d graphics to historic building restoration, carpentry and log home building to working in a bronze art foundry on the WWII Veterans Memorial. Currently I am a writer, script writer and working for a non profit organization called Empowerment Through Connection which is involved in equine assisted therapy for veterans, at risk teens and women.

The last, and the only time, I watched him closely is when he was denying the existence of shaytan …which makes you and him at the same wisdom level, that moment of time.

  • Blinx182

You make that sound like a bad thing.

  • IThinkso

Lets first analysis the gesture on the title photograph, what consciousness is manifesting on the Mr. Deepak Chopra face? personal, private or pretend. I hope this photo op belongs to the public domain, otherwise I’ll jump on to the conclusion wagon that it was handed over to Br. Henry by mutual consent of nothing but Mr. Deepak Chopra himself or … its a mere product of the yellow journalism and its database.

Secondly, not long ago Br. Henry has called Mr. Deepak chopra “a new ager fraud”, while commenting on this article, once again sfgate http://www.sfgate.com/opinion/chopra/article/The-Rise-and-Fall-of-Militant-Skepticism-4951613.php located here on ghosttheory http://www.ghosttheory.com/2014/03/14/another-psychic-fraud-on-trial … isn’t this a paranormal.

  • Blinx182

This is starting to sound personal.

  • The Oshmar

Oh don’t worry, no one takes IThinkso seriously.

  • IThinkso

Did I say “there are many structures on the moon, as well as a civilization hiding under the surface.”?

  • Henry

Why would you in a discussion about Deepak Chopra?

  • IThinkso

Nothing special, but good question to ask Henry Paterson the editor at GhostTheory, usually posts articles and comments using ID name ‘Henry’, may have post comments using other guised IDs… since he is the one who posted the article about Deepak Chopra.

  • Henry

Yes, that is me, I am just not signed into my own computer account at the moment, and no I do not ever post under other names.

  • Henry

There is no evidence that this is you.

  • Except a consistency of message.
I am signed into my account at the moment, Happy?
There is also no reason to doubt that the messages above are from me.

I still do not ever sign in under another name, unlike some people who have shown a willingness to lie in that manner. Which I why I make a point of using my name when I leave messages while not signed into my account.

  • IThinkso

Well, the list of questions as well as doubts is growing rather than decreasing, in any way. Remember, opening a shop and calling it a skeptic shop does not make it one, only genuine unbiased customers/ skeptics are going to decided, if indeed they are one, not the lobby behind this self claiming righteous shop. This article has 8,140 viewer as I am writing this comment, and how many onlookers have commented? and what message they are gathering from this article, still a mystery.

Q-1) Why would you ask me this question, “Why would you in a discussion about Deepak Chopra?” first, I thought its a grammatically incorrect sentence, it should be “Why would you be n a discussion about Deepak Chopra?”, so my conclusion was that some onlooker was raising this question, which to me is fair for fun stuff, but never expected this question from the editor who is running the self claiming skeptical website. My first comment was genuine, other got triggered, not in my control.

Q-2) Why would you post an article about Deepak Chopra?

Q-3) Where and how you got that photograph?

Q-4) Who have time and reason to developed and propagate this website? http://www.wisdomofchopra.com http://www.wisdomofchopra.com/mentions.php
    and this

Q-5) Why there is a black tape hiding his eyes, in all but one.

Q-6) Why don’t you see the difference in “my own computer” and “my account”? You should be able to log on to your account, from any computer.

Q-7) And really!, you are saying this? “unlike some people who have shown a willingness to lie in that manner” … I still would like to know what the system will do if someone use invalid email address while commenting as a guest and why would someone has to give away their email address while commenting as a guest?, not to mention EMAIL ADDRESS IS THE MAIN UNIQUE ID OVER WORLD WIDE WEB, not the name or the ID name … and you have mine, including the IP adress … and you are not the onlooker like me.

Q-8) … may be next time, … The Eternal willing

  • I asked you this question:

“Why would you in a discussion about Deepak Chopra?”

Because you posted this comment in an article in which Deepak Chopra is a subject.

“Did I say “there are many structures on the moon, as well as a civilization hiding under the surface.”?”

I did not post an article about Deepak Chopra, I posted an article with a link to a random text generator designed to emulate Deepak Chopra because:

    A: I found it amusing
B: Felt that others would find it amusing

C: Found its ability to create rhetoric equally inane and meaningless while seeming to be superficially wise and thoughtful to be telling about how much of a fraud Chopra is, and that anyone one rational who was not an outright Believer would get the joke.

I did not develop any of the websites you linked to, and what does Richard Dawson have to do with this conversation?

I did not create the article with a black line across Deepak Chopra’s eyes, I linked to that article because that is where the text generator is located, just like you did not create any of the three websites you linked to above. However I would assume that there is tape over his eyes to symbolise that Chopra’s lack of wisdom or insight into anything beyond how to sell new ager magical thinking to people who want easy answers.

“Why don’t you see the difference in “my own computer” and “my account”?”

As if I owe you an answer on this, but I will give you one anyway. Because I do not currently own a computer and am using my wife’s computer. She has multiple sign ins on her computer and they are called Accounts. I was not signed into my own, because she had some programs running on hers, and her settings do not include an automatic sign in to Ghost Theory under my name, as mine does.

I have never signed in under another name for any reason. Clearly another person has done so, lacking any other way to make the point that because I signed in as a guest and used my own name out of respect to the readers so they would know who was commenting, that I might be a liar, hypocrite, or counterfeit. Some other person has obviously signed in using a name that was not their own. That is why I said:

“unlike some people who have shown a willingness to lie in that manner”

And again, being signed in under my own account still gives you no more assurance that the person commenting is me, as it is not impossible for a number of other people to be using my wife’s computer, using my account where my sign in is automatic. Email addresses are only as secure as the password used and how the system is managed.

I have no idea what the system would do if someone used an invalid email. No I do not have access to your email address, to the best of my knowledge, nor do I want it. However, my email is freely available at the bottom of most of my articles, though I did neglect that in the case above as I was in a hurry, and really did not think it important in this case.

    Any more questions?

  • IThinkso

The Richard Hawkins banner is showing up among others here at the bottom.

Sorry, I didn’t catch that, what link is being is used to post the title photograph on your article?

  • Henry

The title photo of my article does not have the black across Chopra’s eyes.

But then I am currently not on a computer at home, and not signed into my Disqus account so this might not be me.

  • Seriously, you need to find a new dealer. There are some unlisted additives in whatever the hell you take before coming on here and commenting. I read all your disjointed comments and love them. It always makes me feel so much more mentally stable than I did before!

  • IThinkso

“Did you know that food and/or chemical allergies can create emotional, behavioral and mental symptoms such as panic attacks, compulsive behavior, depression, psychotic episodes, or hallucinations? They can also contribute to many less severe mental and emotional symptoms such as anxiety, irritability, inability to concentrate, or feelings of being in a mental “fog”. A surprising number of people have been able to eliminate such troubling symptoms simply by removing the allergens from their diet or living environment.”

  • The Oshmar

Henry I think you are feeding the troll too much, he might go belly up in his bowl if you keep over feeding him.

  • IThinkso

Sorry, for being scientified skeptical, I missed it again, what link is being used to post the title photograph with no black band across the eyes, on your article?

  • IThinkso

And let me confirm that I get this message in my inbox. .. which I should.

  • IThinkso

Moderator or Webmaster, could you please check why am I not receiving these messages in my inbox … there might be a sign of paranormal in skeptical.

  • Henry

This is a test by IThinkso …

T-1) Have not put my email address or any email address to that effect, the field is blank. Lets see what happens … CLICK! Ooops! It didn’t go through, the error message is “Please enter both a name and email address.”

T-2) Now let me put garbage email address … “[email protected]”…CLICK! once again …

  • IThinkso

Well, it seems like one can put garbage email while commenting as a guest. I did check with some online email address verifier, the email address “[email protected]” is a invalid address…but still can’t confirm for sure.

I do sincerely apologize if this message has ended up in somebodies inbox, it was intended as a test. Also It’d be very helpful if you could please let us know that you got it…but then again how we are going to confirm that…It is all confusing and full of potential frauds.

  • Henry

Nothing in this article suggests any opinion other than Deepak Chopra is a new ager fraud.

The idea that his empty rhetoric in the guise of personal advice can as easily be generated by a random phrase generator actually quite adequately serves to discredit him. And is intended to do so.
